Payment Terms

First orders: Payment is required prior to delivery.

Subsequent orders: Standard 30-day payment terms apply.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated based on order size:

• £5.00 for small items (e.g., QC and additional SPC)
• £10.00 for orders under 10kg
• Free shipping on orders over £500

Delivery Method

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery. Orders received after 1pm may be dispatched the next working day.

All risk for goods passes to the customer upon dispatch. Any transit issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns Policy

Due to the refrigerated nature of our panels, any returns must be reported to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt. Returns must be approved and arranged with our team before items are sent back to us.

Refrigerated diagnostic panels must be stored and handled according to the instructions provided. ZYTCA Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for product degradation caused by improper storage or delayed receipt.
